To the process, it is possible to accept only waste in the quality to be used on the terrain surface in accordance with Appendix No. 10 of Public Notice of Ministry of the Environment No. 294/2005 concerning the conditions of stock-piling of waste and its utilization on the terrain surface and the amendment of Public Notice No. 383/2001 concerning the details of handling waste or waste of “other” category the aqueous leach of which does not exceed the limits of indicators set for class 1 of leachability, stated in Chart 2.1 of Appendix No. 2 of Ministry of the Environment’s Public Notice No. 294/2005 concerning the stock-piling of waste in the dump and its utilization on the terrain surface and the amendment of Public Notice No. 383/2011 concerning the details of waste handling or based on expert examination which will be recorded in detail in the general description of the waste unit.

General waste description (GWD) must be drawn in the extent stated in Article 2 of Appendix No. 1 of Public Notice of Ministry of the Environment No. 294/2005 concerning the stock-piling of waste in the dump and its utilization on the terrain surface and the amendment of Public Notice No. 383/2011 concerning the details of waste handling, which the waste supplier (waste owner) must give to the person authorized for operating the premises for waste handling in case of one-off or the first in the calendar year supply.

Based on the decision of Regional Authority of the Moravia-Silesian region, our company is authorized to operate the facility in accordance with Section 14, Article 1 of Law No. 185/2011 concerning waste.
